We collect business account details (name, GSTIN, contact, addresses) and order history only to operate your account, process orders, generate GST invoices, and provide support. Data is stored in India and never sold. You may request access, correction, or erasure via the app's Help & Support. Payments are offline (invoice/credit/bank/UPI); we do not store card data.
